Eligibility to purchase
Only current families at Brisbane Girls Grammar School can maintain a BGGS P&F Uniform Shop account for the purpose of making purchases. Your account will be validated within one to two business days of applying for a customer account. Once your account is approved, you will receive a confirmation email and be able to make purchases via the online store.Once you are no longer a current family at Brisbane Girls Grammar School your customer account will be deactivated.
Payments
When purchasing from us, your financial details are passed through a secure server using the latest 128-bit SSL (secure sockets layer) encryption technology.
Deliveries and Returns
The P&F Uniform Shop will process refunds for online orders in store only within four weeks from the date of purchase. To receive a refund, books, clothing and other products returned must remain in as-new condition (not damaged, covered. worn or named) and be accompanied by the original receipt.The acceptance of any return is at the discretion of the P&F Uniform Shop staff. Faulty items will be refunded as per Australian Consumer Law.
BGGS P&F Uniform Shop may in its sole discretion, modify the Terms and Conditions Agreement at any time by posting a revised agreement through the Services. Please read the Terms & Conditions of Use and check back often. Modifications are effective when posted, and your use of the Services following any such posted modification and notice of same constitutes your acceptance of the terms and conditions of this Agreement as modified. Any modifications to the Agreement made after you have placed an order will not affect and are not binding on that order unless we are required to make the change by law.
